Elissaveta PETKOVALawyer Director of the Labour Law, Social Security Law and Social Protection Department

After 17 years of professional practice with Barthelemy, a law firm specialising in employment law, where she was a partner, head of the Bordeaux office, head of training at the Bordeaux office and co-director of the employment law department, Elissaveta joined Lexymore in 2023 to take over the management of the employment law department. 

Elissaveta advises and defends companies in employment law and social and complementary protection law and also provides training in employment law for LEXYMORE clients.

For more than 10 years, she has been running training courses in employment law for the Bordeaux Order of Chartered Accountants. She is also the author of more than thirty articles in the press and in specialised legal journals (Lexisnexis, Revue Fiduciaire, Wolters Kluwer France), and has been a member of the CJD (https://www.cjd.net/) since 2014 and of AvoSial (Syndicat des avocats conseils en droit social) (https://www.avosial.fr/).
