After starting her career in an international audit firm in Paris (Coopers & Lybrand), Anouk DELOBBE has developed her professional expertise for more than 25 years in Bordeaux, both in the areas of tax law and corporate law with small and medium companies or individuals. 

She mainly manages acquisition or investment operations (LBO, mergers, spin-off, fundraising) and restructuring. Anouk designs and implement tax optimization solutions and assists executives, founders or investments funds in the framework of these operations.

During tax audit procedures, Anouk also supports companies and their managers, up to litigation. Her assignment is to assist managers and/or shareholders on the best way to optimize the legal and tax elements of their companies.  Her added value, resulting from her 25 years experience, lies in her ability to get an overwiev on companies issues, and to manage their solutions in synergy with external partners (accountants, notaries ...).
