Marie DUSSARPSassociate
Marie Dussarps has joined Lexymore in 2018 after completed several internships within law firms and banking institutions (Société Générale, CACEIS Bank Luxembourg). She works for the Merger & Acquisitions Department and deals with all areas of corporate law including acquisition projects, group restructuring, and transactions.
She assists clients in the different phases of company life (set up, growth, restructuring, acquisitions and dissolution).
