Lexymore takes part in the sale of Domaine de Nalys

Owned by GROUPAMA since 1975, Domaine de Nalys is one of the oldest and most prestigious wine estates in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, whose origins date back to the 17^th century.

In July 2017, Maison GUIGAL, a wine trader based in Ampuis whose reputation extends far beyond the Northern Côtes-du-Rhône area (Côte-Rotie, Condrieu, Saint Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage and Hermitage AOC), acquired this majority holding in Domaine de Nalys. 

For this exceptional operation, GROUPAMA called in LEXYMORE law firm (Ronan LE MOIGNE for the legal aspects, Tristan LE SCOUËZEC on taxation, and their specialised M&A teams). LEXYMORE thus confirms and consolidates its positioning in major transactions in the winegrowing sector, far beyond the Greater South-West region (Press Release). The acquisition of this estate, renowned for the exceptional quality of its wines and benefiting from an ideal site for the production of great Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines, has been widely reported in the press.
